1. Not Paying Credit Notes Amount ever but never saying no
2. We normaly try to sell at 20% higher rates than prevailing Market rates
3. We hire nice MBA to impress upon customers and later we fire this guy and put all the blame n him
4. To convince a customer, I, Arvind Singh, myself speak to customer and try to pursuade in best possible way
5. We have no direct dealing with any real estate company and normally act as sub-contractor with a large group.
